Engineering

ELECTRICAL

  • The electrical building supply is via two dual cable lines.
  • Diesel Generator equipment is used to reserve a proportion of the electric load for tasks such as lighting of public areas, lifts, barrier-gates, fire protection systems, Access Control systems, СОТ, АСУД, IT and water-pump equipment.
  • Anti-icing systems are used for ramps, entrances and drainage.

  • The apartments’ security alarms connect directly to the building’s central security for prompt emergency responses.

VENTILATION

  • Air-handling units with rotor heat recovery wheel and intermediate coolant. Engines in the air-handling units have exhaust systems equipped with frequency convertor of rotating velocity for the exact balancing of air flow.
  • The air inlet and ventilation design for apartments is linked to an extensive smoke extraction system in public corridors.
