Territory

The impressively large site of One Trinity Place is superbly located on the northern edge of Petrogradsky district, affording excellent views along the river in each direction to Lazarevsky Bridge to the west and Krestovsky Bridge to the east.
The horseshoe shape of the building makes the most of these vistas whilst maximizing the exclusivity and defended space of the site.

The landscaped pedestrian walkway across the central podium plaza is reached from the broad steps of Admiral Lazarev Embankment to the north and gives public access to the building’s shops and garden areas, as well as to Petrodvortzovaya Street on the south side.

The enclosed south-facing courtyard space is for residents only and affords privacy from the plaza.

There are two vehicular drop-off areas: at the main entrance on Admiral Lazarev Embankment, and also on Malaya Zelenina St on the NE of the building, where a ramp leads to the basement car park.

The generous site overlooks the river and has extensive landscaping lending softness and privacy.

PLAZA AND PARK

A tree-lined promenade on the public podium plaza creates a meandering woodland walk that connects Admiral Lazarev embankment with the south of the site. The trees form a mixed canopy of deciduous, evergreen and predominantly native birch trees, whose dappled leaves bring a sense of countryside to the heart of the city. The walk has secluded seating areas for pausing to admire the herbaceous planting and it is magically lit at night.

COURTYARD GARDEN

The south-facing courtyard garden is a private oasis for residents to sit or walk, while enjoying the calming water feature. White cherry blossom heralds the onset of spring and ornamental flowerbeds are planted with English country garden favourites such as the blue spears of veronica, purple bearded irises, luscious green ferns, and bright Michaelmas daisies. It is a planting scheme that ensures colour right through to autumn, when leaves turn fiery orange and red.
